THE MAGICAL POWER OF NATURE #4

THE ELEMENTS

Wisdom occurs in silence, alone and comes out of nothingness.

If we are going on a quest that scrutinizes the four phases of our lives and which 'Direction'

we need to take we should consider all the variables that this search can provide.

Factor in not only the directions, the seasons, the chakras, any power animals,

the Archangels etc but also the Four Beings of Nature and the Four Elements.

We can encounter them by paying attention to Nature's Soft Fascinations

in the context of the total of the Divine masterpiece.

Fire gave birth to light,

Water gave birth to darkness,

Wind gave birth to spirit,

and Earth gave birth to humanity.

These are the Four Bodies which are the foundation of all creation. The Zohar

Still Beings are of the Earth element

Sprouting or Growing Beings are of the Water element

Wild Beings are of the Element of air

and Speaking or Talking Beings are of the Element of fire

We are all connected, some of all in eachAll are spirit manifestations and exist in one another

(The domestic animals were once wild.)

The Wild Beings of the Air element have a higher vibration than

the Talking Beings because they are doing what the Creator requests of them.

We Talking Beings can either destroy with 'Fire' or use it to inspire and transform.

Yoga and Pranayama's science of using the breath

can move fire energy into air and the higher chakras above

with the help of the diaphragm that divides those below from above.

All Beings once communicated with one another. Now the Talking Beings

have long forgotten, and fallen into disregard for one another, and even disbelief

in the oneness of all creation.

(? Except those few who are "Animal Whisperers.")

Earth am I, air am I, water, fire and spirit am I. Earth are you, air are you,

water, fire and spirit are you…” Druid and Celtic wisdom

The ancient Druids, like the San Bushmen and other hunter gatherers

were Nature Bound.

The Beings of Nature contained all the “Scripture”

that they needed for survival.

The hunter gatherers were at one with all these Beings and

their spiritual power resided in them being Nature Bound and pure of heart.

They still have and had more intuitive

powers than most modern day Talking Beings because of this affinity.

"We may be the masters of technology but they are the master of the spirit world."

Izak Barnard - with reference to the San Bushmen hunter gatherers.

“Ask of the wild animals and they shall teach you

and the birds of the sky shall tell it to you

or speak to the earth for she shall guide you

and the fishes of the sea will declare it to you.” Job

"If the people had not been gifted with Divinely inspired scriptures,

they could have learned all they needed to know

from the animals themselves." The Zohar

THE FOUR ELEMENTS AND THE FOUR DIRECTIONS OF KABBALAH

EARTH - WEST

WATER - NORTH

FIRE - SOUTH

AIR - EAST

(? a 5th - ETHER - above)

AIR - BREATH - SPIRIT

The breath that is in all Beings emanates from the Sacred Well-spring

of the Creator forming a singular spirit which animates all creation.

We are all, including the Still Beings, star and planets,

continuously being animated by the breath of the Supreme Being

without which nothing could exist.

(The Zohar.)

When the Grim Reaper comes to take us over to the other side,

that breath is withdrawn while the soul lives on.

The flame of the Infinite One is the soul breath of the human.

Source of my power the breath you have given me, the breath

you have given me is pure.

“…What is God? The breath inside the breath.” Kabir

The Creator wants a personal relationship with all of us but it requires humility, love, devotion, faith and silence.

“God cannot be realized if there is the slightest trace of pride.” Upanishads

It will be given to you according to,

the measure of your humility,

the measure of your love and

the measuer of your faith.

The most profound sound of all is that of silence - not the silence that

is the absence of noise, of quietness but that in which we hear the longings

of our heart and ponder our response.

God’s voice is not be heard as a trumpeting sound!

God’s breath is heard in quietness and felt in stillness.

Beware the noises and clamor of ego which drown out the Divine whisper.

“To sanctify the ordinary” is to recognize and acknowledge the sacred

in every created being … There is nothing that is empty of the Divine…

Listen there for His Breath and Voice in each.

Ahimsa ! Do no harm to any of these Beings.

The breath that created us is the same breath that created the worm and the stone and thus we share a oneness.
